How we can support you

Therapeutic Approaches

Tailored to you

My work is flexible and tailored to you. I draw from different approaches depending on what feels most helpful. Therapy is not one size fits all — your experience will be shaped around your needs, your pace, and what feels right for you.

  • CBT

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps you understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours so you can create meaningful change.

  • EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing supports processing of past experiences and trauma so they feel less overwhelming.

  • Person-Centred Therapy

Creates a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and grow at your own pace, guided by your own strengths.

  • Mindfulness-Based

Helps you stay present, reduce stress, and respond with greater awareness and intention in everyday life.

  • Neurofeedback

Supports brain regulation to improve focus, calm, and emotional balance through gentle, non-invasive brain training.

  • Strengths-Based

Focuses on your existing strengths and resources, building resilience and practical coping skills that last a lifetime.
